All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Destinations & Time
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes at this time.
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Once shipped, most orders arrive within this window. Please note this is an estimate, not a guarantee, as carrier transit times can occasionally vary.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Issues with Delivery
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. Then, contact us within 48 hours at info@onnssale.it.com so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
