Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached (if applicable).
  • Not damaged or soiled by the customer.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you or subject to a partial refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@onnssale.it.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Return Shipping Costs
We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns within the U.S. There is absolutely no restocking fee. We believe trying our products should be risk-free.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal).

Refund Timing
While we process refunds quickly, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. This delay is entirely dependent on your bank or payment provider’s processing times, which are out of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us photos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including any shipping costs.
